Yep, it does the same thing on the 32-bit. Has to do with the JavaScript engine and some of the things OpenLayers an Protovis take advantage of that IE doesn't seem to like.

Did you check the IE8-32bit for the site? the 64-bit browser isn't in recommended use yet, so if IE8-32 works, then you should be fine.

Yay! Sounds like either a '70s B-movie or something my other Matt-friend would have whipped up in high school... only it would have involved crappier equipment, a heavily synthesized beat, and a lot more cussing. Ahem. Perfect for the holiday!

One thing to note, specifically in regards to hemp. One of the reasons that the idea that the textile and related industries (specifically cotton and paper) had something to do with marijuana's legal status continues to persist (I believe it myself), is because the breeds of plant used for industrial hemp production contain no THC. You can't use them to get high.

This was true even in the 1700s and 1800s; I'm sure even before that. Hemp was used *everywhere*, and in fact many, many parts of the world continue to use it to this day, including industrialized nations. There is no reason for the THC-less industrial variety of hemp plant to be illegal under drug laws, because it plain and simply can't be used as a drug.

Don't even get me started on the seeds and hemp oil, both of which are not only edible (hemp oil's a great cooking oil), but contain high amounts of healthy compounds including tons of Omega-3s. Wikipedia's got a short article that describes its healthy compound components.

Arrrgh, I FINALLY got enough time and a good enough internet connection to listen. I think my favorites are the Duet and Mirrors, but I imagine that's pretty predictable. Thanks for putting these up where I could snoop! You know I would've been there if I could've. :D
